Tesla Powerwall 4 “Leaked”? Are the Reported 20 kWh and 15 kW Specifications Real? Overseas media reports claim that Tesla displayed the Powerwall 4 at a closed-door Cybercab event. The reported specifications include: • 20 kWh capacity per unit • 15 kW continuous output • 25 kW peak output • US$12,900 price • Deliveries in California from December 2026 If accurate, the Powerwall 4 would offer approximately 48% more capacity than the Powerwall 3, which has a capacity of 13.5 kWh. Its continuous grid-connected output would also increase by around 30% from the Powerwall 3’s 11.5 kW. However, Powerwall 4 has not yet appeared on Tesla’s official website, product pages or certification documents. The information should therefore be treated as unconfirmed rather than an official product announcement.
