Mariusz Balicki, MBA, is President of the Management Board and CEO of Corvion P.S.A., an energy transition company. He is a member of the Polish Energy Storage Association (PSME). He focuses on energy storage, systems integration and infrastructure for industry and renewables, combining business insight with expertise in financing, technology and implementation. Previously Chief Operating Officer at ELQ S.A., he gained experience in electricity infrastructure, including transformer substations and renewable energy solutions. He emphasises quality, scalability and the investment rationale for energy storage. He contributes to industry discussions, including at the EY Regional Energy Conference in Istanbul, highlighting infrastructure resilience, power supply continuity and emerging technologies in energy management. He views the energy transition as a strategic undertaking requiring technical expertise, operational experience, capital and effective execution. His approach centres on practical solutions that address customers’ real needs and support the development of a flexible, secure and efficient energy system.
