Project Overview

HiTHIUM signed a BESS supply agreement with GPG to deliver a 421MWh battery energy storage system for the Fraser Coast project in Queensland, Australia. The scope includes 84 liquid-cooled BESS units plus full services: system design, manufacturing, FAT, DDP delivery, commissioning, technical support and training. As an AC-coupled scheme connected to the 33kV switchgear of a nearby solar farm, it can be charged by both the solar plant and grid. Equipped with grid-forming functions, the asset will deliver energy arbitrage and FCAS to stabilize the grid and boost renewable integration.
