On June 30, 2026, Akaysha Energy announced that the Orana BESS had reached its Commercial Operation Date (COD). The project has a capacity of 415 MW/1,660 MWh and is underpinned by a 200 MW, 12-year Virtual Tolling Agreement with EnergyAustralia.
