Project Overview

The LONGi Montalto Solar-BESS Project is a 13.75 MW / 50.16 MWh integrated solar-plus-storage project located in Montalto, Italy. Co-located with an existing 35 MWp photovoltaic plant near the Mediterranean coast, the project represents LONGi’s first fully integrated BESS deployment in Europe. The system was successfully grid-connected and entered operation in April 2026, demonstrating LONGi’s end-to-end solar and energy storage integration capability in the European market.
