Project Overview
A 5 MW / 20 MWh four-hour standalone BESS in Strathalbyn, South Australia, developed and operated by Lunio Energy. The project uses four 5 MWh LONGiBank 2.0 units and entered commercial operation in the Australian National Electricity Market in July 2026. OptiGrid’s OptiBidder platform manages energy trading, charge/discharge optimisation and participation in Contingency FCAS markets.
