Project Overview

A 1.125 MW / 2.349 MWh commercial and industrial battery energy storage project in Maria Lanzendorf, Austria, deployed for a logistics customer as the second JA ESS storage project for the same client. The system consists of nine JA ESS JAPlanet 125 kW / 261 kWh cabinets operating in parallel and integrated with the site’s existing PV system. The BESS is designed to coordinate charging, discharging and power distribution, increase solar self-consumption and provide greater flexibility for daily logistics operations.
